Cleveland “Cavaliers” guard Derrick Rose walked away from the team. He is unsure about his further career in the NBA and basketball in general. The guard was known for his tremendous knee injuries, which resulted in him not playing for a long time.
Derrick hasn’t communicated with the team directly and is using silent treatment right now until he decides what to do.
Last week, Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue said Rose would miss at least two weeks due to an ankle injury. The 29-year-old veteran hasn’t played since Nov. 7.
Rose is tired of the injuries and is seriously considering not playing anymore ,sources said.
This would be a great loss to Cavaliers and NBA in general, D.Rose was an effective player this season averaging 14.3 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per contest while shooting 47.0 percent from the field in his 7 games that he played.
